Description
Based in the east midlands of the uk playing hard Retro-Rock/Blues, LLR have a style reminissant of the great Rock bands of the late 70's and 80's and a sound thats created using classic styles with a modern approach to rhythm and melody.
The original line up of the band have been rocking out for over a decade but not as much as in the last 18 months. With the completion of 2 demo cd's and the arrival of a new drummer, it's been quite a busy time. With the addition of several summer shows in the pipeline, it's gonna be one hell of a year for this up and coming rock outfit.
The bands latest offering brings back all those feelings of what and how this style of music within the whole rock genre should feel. From the opening track (Take me Back) with it's powerful intro and screeching guitars and lyric through to the soulful sounding track 4 (Feels so Fine) with its boogie feel and funk piano, you kinda wonder if there is anything this band can't do!
